Due Date: The last date for receipt of nominations by IACMAG is 1 June, 2025.

 

Applications are now invited to host the 18th IACMAG Conference.

 

Applications can be sent via email (John.Carter@newcastle.edu.au) or submitted via the 

 

They should be submitted in Word or pdf format, and must include:

 

1. a brief description of the proposed conference site and its advantages;

2. a draft budget including potential sponsorships and financial support; and

3. signed acceptance of the IACMAG rules and guidelines for hosting conferences, which can be downloaded 

Applications will be reviewed by an IACMAG committee and a final decision will be made during the 17th IACMAG Conference to be held in Hong Kong in 2025.

 

Applicants are also encouraged to present a summary of the items listed above during the IACMAG committee meeting in Torino in 2025.
